TOP 5 MOVIES OF 2015



With more than 1600 films releasing annually in India,everyone is confused what to watch with the limited time they have. So, here are the top 5 most grossing and entertaining films that released in 2015.


1.  Baahubali: The beginning(TELUGU- Directed by S.S.Rajamouli, the historical action film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannah and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles. The film grossed more than 600 crores worldwide. Baahubali is the story of Shivudu who learns about his legacy and tries to win back his kingdom.

2.  Thani oruvan(TAMIL) - This is the first non-remake movie directed by Mohan Raja. The film stars his brother Jeyam Ravi, Aravind Swami and Nayanthara in lead roles. The plot revolves around an IAS officer who goes on a mission to destroy a corrupt scientist.

3.  Bajirao Mastani(HINDI- The historical romance film is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and has Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in main roles. Bajirao who is married to Kashibai falls in love with Mastani, a muslim princess and declares her his second wife. What problems arise due to this forms the crux of the story. 

4.  O Kadhal Kanmani (TAMIL) - This is the realistic love story of a couple who fall in love and have a live-in relationship but cannot commit to each other due to their carrier. Directed by Mani Ratnam, the film has Dulquer Salman, Nithya Menon and prakash Raj as star cast.

5.  Dilwale (HINDI) - Directed by Rohit Shetty, the romantic action film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. The film revolves around Raj and Meera, the children of two rival families who meet again after 15 years. how they bring their families together forms the rest of the story.
